I’ve been to Washington, D.C. for Memorial Day weekend several times, and it’s always a great experience. The city is full of history and culture, and there are plenty of things to see and do.
One of my favorite things to do is visit the National Mall. It’s a huge park that’s home to some of the country’s most iconic monuments and memorials, including the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the World War II Memorial. Of course, no trip to Washington, D.C. would be complete without visiting the White House. I’ve been lucky enough to tour the White House twice, and it’s always an amazing experience. I highly recommend taking a tour if you have the chance.
